Superhuman Burn Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, consume 1 serving (1 scoop) of Superhuman Burn with 8-10oz of cold water, 20-30 minutes prior to your workout. Users may assess tolerance by beginning with 1⁄2 serving (1⁄2 scoop) mixed in 4-6 ounces of water if desired.
